Troy woman facing multiple charges
At around 5 a.m. on Jan. 23, a Troy police officer was dispatched to the 1000 block of Trojan Drive in response to a burglary in progress. Lincoln County Communications advised two subjects were removing security cameras located outside the residence.
Upon arrival, officers located one subject, and arrested him without incident. A further search of the area located a female subject, later identified as Breanna Christine, 25, of Troy, hiding underneath a wooden deck located under a neighbor’s backyard. Officers advised her to come out, show her hands and exit the backyard.
Christine complied, and was detained without incident.
A consent search of Christine located a glass pipe with burnt residue inside consistent with methamphetamine. Christine also admitted to having a “rock” inside her pants pocket.
A clear plastic bag with a crystalline substance consistent with methamphetamine was located.
A short time later, the owner of the residence arrived on scene. She said she received a notification due to her surveillance cameras being activated.
The approximate value of the items that were attempted to be stolen during the break-in were nearly $2,300.
Christine has been charged with one count of stealing items valued at $750 or more, tampering with physical evidence in a felony prosecution, possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
She has three prior stealing convictions from 2019 offenses, and she is currently on probation for a prior stealing offense.
Christine also has a pair of convictions for drug possession from the same year.

Troy man charged with tampering and fleeing
At about 1 p.m., on Jan. 12, a Lincoln County Sheriff’s deputy arrived at the 100 block of Cedar Drive in Foley in response to a report of an automobile theft.
When the deputy arrived, the victim told him his blue Chrysler Pacifica had been taken three days earlier by Roxanne Rader, who was later charged with drug possession the next day unrelated to this case.
The vehicle was later located on Highway 47 and Quail Trail, occupied by two male subjects. When deputies approached the driver, 19-year-old Dillion Hollis, he said he received the vehicle from Rader a gas station in Winfield – and admitted asking if the car was stolen because he knew her history of stealing cars.
Rader has been charged with one count of tampering with a motor vehicle in the first degree and resisting arrest by fleeing, creating a substantial risk of death to any person.

(All persons charged of a crime are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law).
